I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Hi, I’ve been working for TSS for over 10 years now!! I started as a support worker while also working as a teaching assistant in a secondary school. Over the last couple of years, I have moved to working in the office full-time. When I am not working I love hiking, reading and playing board games.

Hi I’m Tori – Founder and Director of Time Specialist Support.

My background is in Speech and Language Therapy and I first started learning about Autism when I was studying at university. I soon became captivated by the autistic children I was meeting and have been every since! Outside of work I enjoy singing, creative writing and I’m currently learning to play the piano. I live with my son and two dogs and we enjoy getting away for weekends when we can and travelling abroad.

Hi I’m Emily, I’m studying Psychology at the University of Manchester and started working with Time as part of my placement in February 2023. I find the sessions fun and extremely rewarding! As well as working for Time, I also volunteer for a mental health charity for people in crisis, and a tutoring charity for children from deprived backgrounds who require extra support. Helping to make a difference in individuals’ lives is something I am passionate about. In my spare time, I also enjoy spending time with friends and family and staying active by playing tennis and going to the gym.

Hi, my name is Ethan, I am a second-year psychology student at the University of Manchester. When not studying, I spend most of my time playing football as the captain of the Medics team, going to the cinema, or playing the piano. I applied to work for Time as I love caring for others and building relationships with people who need support, and because of the assistance I can give to the families of the service users.

Hi! My name is Ev and I am currently studying to be a children’s nurse at the University of Manchester.

I enjoy working with children and young people, and I am looking forward to spending more time with people with additional needs to go alongside my studies and experience within clinical settings.

I am excited to go on days out and do fun activities to explore Manchester and Salford with your child! As well as promote independence and provide respite.

In my free time I enjoy going to music concerts, finding the best spot for a coffee, and travelling to explore the UK and the world!

I’ve been working for Time since March 2018. I have experience working as a Teaching Assistant with students of all ages. And since late 2016, I have mostly been a Learning Support Assistant for special needs learners. I’m a very creative person and love a challenge! In my free time, I like to sew, crochet, make jewellery, roller-skate, spend time with friends and family, and learn new things. I love my work; the people I work with, and support, they always brighten up my day!

Hi my name is Glory and I am going into my fourth year studying dentistry at the University of Manchester. I have been working with Time since December 2023 and have really enjoyed the sessions and experiences gained. I really appreciate this opportunity where I am able to support all the lovely users and expose myself to different situations as I am interested in going into paediatric dentistry in the future so this has been the perfect opportunity to prepare myself. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping active by doing pilates and playing tennis and I also love trying out new coffee shops and bakeries too!”

Hello everyone! I’m Grace and I’m starting to study Mathematics at Manchester Metropolitan University, though I have lived in Manchester my entire life! I chose to work at Time due to them helping with my sister for many years prior to me starting work with Time. I feel very passionately about inclusion and Disability and am proudly part of the autistic community. I understand what its like to feel “abnormal” and “set apart” from my own peers so I feel I can relate well to the service users and I want their sessions with me to be as enjoyable as possible! In my spare time, I horse ride weekly as I have been for almost 11 years at the time of writing this (scary how fast the time has gone!) and I enjoy art, particularly painting and drawing, singing and music and going to concerts when my favourite artists come to town! I also can’t write my profile without mentioning my adorable dog Dougal the miniature labradoodle who I walk when I am at home.
