I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Over the last couple of years, I have moved to working in the office full-time. When I am not working I love hiking, reading and playing board games.

My background is in Speech and Language Therapy and I first started learning about Autism when I was studying at university. I soon became captivated by the autistic children I was meeting and have been every since! Outside of work I enjoy singing, creative writing and I’m currently learning to play the piano. I live with my son and two dogs and we enjoy getting away for weekends when we can and travelling abroad.

Aabhya

My name is Aabhya (pronounced, Aah-bhya). I’ve just completed my Psychology degree and I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals in ways that feel empowering, respectful, and fun. I love building genuine connections and creating space for people to express themselves comfortably. Whether it’s cheering on small wins or trying something new together, I always aim to bring warmth, patience, and a bit of fun to what I do. When I’m not working, I’m probably dancing around my room, crocheting gifts for friends, or getting lost in a good book. I’m excited to learn, grow, and bring a lot of heart to this role.
