Employee Testimonials

Abbie

“I definitely feel more confident from meeting so many new and different people and confidence within my abilities as a support worker.

I also really like how flexible and supportive Time are when it comes to working hours.

Time has helped further my career as it is within a relevant area, as I am currently studying Psychology at University.

Also, Time has allowed me to be more confident and organised, which are excellent skills to utilise in the future.”

Mads

“I think the idea of taking responsibility for someone else is always scary, and working for Time has without a doubt improved my confidence in my day-to-day life. Ranging from daily social interactions to getting work done effectively.

I think it puts a lot of real-life scenarios in perspective when studying as well. You can sit in a class and be taught really well how to deal with vulnerable people, but you won’t properly know what its like until you experience it.”

Mari

“I enjoy getting to know the service users and seeing them progress over time, it’s really rewarding and I often leave sessions feeling surprisingly fulfilled.

Time also lets me be very flexible with my hours and I can choose to work when it suits me best, which has worked well alongside my uni work.

I’ve become more patient and better at planning things in advance. I’ve also gained more insight into the lives of others that I may not normally have been able to, which is very valuable as a psychology student.”

Bella

“Time has been the most fabulous job I’ve ever had. Exceeded my expectations tremendously. I feel really lucky to have been given an insight into what working with SEN kids is like. I did not know how fun the job would be and how strong the special relationships I would make would be.

I’m very thankful to have had such fantastic experience that has allowed me to work in the school I am working at right now.”

Wafa

“This role has helped me develop my communication skills in terms of having to adjust the way I interact based on an individual’s needs. I have come to learn just how important this is. I really enjoyed working for Time and met a lot of wonderful people along the way, both SU’s and SW’s. Thank you.”
