I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. My role changed to Improvement Projects Manager in February 2024 and I am looking forward to the challenges it may bring, knowing the outcome will be worth it. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Hi, I’m Sophie T and I’m the Service Supervisor. I absolutely love working at Time, having started as a support worker whilst I was at university. Building relationships with the people I was supporting, as well as their families, was the best part of the job, and as Service Supervisor I can continue supporting families from behind the scenes, as well as our amazing staff! In my spare time, I love going on hikes, cooking good food and being creative!

Hello, I’m Busola, I recently completed my Master’s degree in Project Management at the University of Salford. I’m excited about the flexible opportunity with TSS, as it allows me to balance my childcare responsibilities while taking on this role. I have always enjoyed working with children and young adults, and I’m eager to broaden my knowledge and understanding of Autism and make a positive impact as a support worker. Outside work, I enjoy writing, cooking, and spending time with my children.

I’m Clare, a recent Psychology graduate with an interest in working with and supporting young people. I applied to work for Time as it means getting the opportunity to meet lots of wonderful young people and their families and allows me to hopefully make a difference to someone – even if it is just for a few hours! I love getting out and about in nature, particularly hiking – especially when the weather’s nice, and the rest of the time I can be found with my nose in a book. I am excited to meet lots of new people!

Hi! I’m Courtney and I am currently studying psychology at the University of Manchester. I started working for Time in November 2022 after doing a placement year at a primary school as part of my degree. I really enjoyed volunteering there and wished to continue supporting young people. In my spare time, I like to go climbing and swimming. I go with my friends usually and it’s really fun to see each other’s progress and encourage each other.

Hi, my name is Daniela, I’m a special needs teacher assistant and graduated illustrator. I first started support work doing a year volunteer abroad and never stopped since then! Being supporting people with special needs and autism for nearly 5 years now and I couldn’t be happier to work in this sector. I joined TSS because my favourite part as support worker and teacher assistant through these years always was the activities part of it and do the things the service users love the most. In my free time, I love going for walks, hiking, draw and catch up with friends and family.
