I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Hi, I’ve been working for TSS for over 10 years now!! I started as a support worker while also working as a teaching assistant in a secondary school. Over the last couple of years, I have moved to working in the office full-time. When I am not working I love hiking, reading and playing board games.

Hi I’m Tori – Founder and Director of Time Specialist Support.

My background is in Speech and Language Therapy and I first started learning about Autism when I was studying at university. I soon became captivated by the autistic children I was meeting and have been every since! Outside of work I enjoy singing, creative writing and I’m currently learning to play the piano. I live with my son and two dogs and we enjoy getting away for weekends when we can and travelling abroad.

Hi, I’m Chloe, and I’m currently studying to become a Children and Young People’s Nurse at the University of Manchester. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, as well as exploring and travelling to new places.

Throughout school and university, I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer with both adults and children with a range of disabilities, supporting them through various activities and holidays. I’m passionate about making meaningful differences in the lives of people with autism and their families, and about building trusting relationships where service users feel valued and heard.

I look forward to developing my confidence and understanding around autism while creating fun, engaging, and memorable sessions for everyone involved.

Hello, I’m Chris. I’ve recently joined Time and I am excited about the opportunity to build relationships with service users and their families and help them to flourish. I’ve recently left my long term role in social housing to retrain and study a masters which I plan to start in 2025. Prior to that I worked with children in a couple of roles which I found particularly rewarding. Outside of work I love playing music with my band, woodworking and being outside on my bike or climbing.

I enjoy playing football and padel, and when I get some downtime, you’ll usually find me watching all kinds of Netflix series. I’m passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives by building meaningful relationships, and I’m excited about this opportunity because it allows both me and the service to grow and develop valuable skills.
