I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Over the last couple of years, I have moved to working in the office full-time. When I am not working I love hiking, reading and playing board games.

Hi I’m Tori – Founder and Director of Time Specialist Support.

My background is in Speech and Language Therapy and I first started learning about Autism when I was studying at university. I soon became captivated by the autistic children I was meeting and have been every since! Outside of work I enjoy singing, creative writing and I’m currently learning to play the piano. I live with my son and two dogs and we enjoy getting away for weekends when we can and travelling abroad.

Hi! My name is Bea and I am currently undertaking a degree in Bsc Psychology. My hobbies include reading, cooking/baking, listening to music and animals. Being half Portuguese myself, I love learning new languages, whether that be from music, speaking or TV. When I’m at home I love to exercise by going on walks and exploring the nature around me. I’m also an avid swimmer! I chose to work with time to interact positively with my community and hopefully put a smile on people’s faces.

Hello, I’m Chris. I’ve recently joined Time and I am excited about the opportunity to build relationships with service users and their families and help them to flourish. I’ve recently left my long term role in social housing to retrain and study a masters which I plan to start in 2025. Prior to that I worked with children in a couple of roles which I found particularly rewarding. Outside of work I love playing music with my band, woodworking and being outside on my bike or climbing.

I’m enthusiastic about working for Time Specialist Support because I’m deeply committed to supporting autistic individuals and helping create an environment where they feel understood, valued, and empowered.
