Hi, my name is Evie and I am currently a student in my final year at the university of Manchester, studying liberal arts. I really enjoy my university course and over my time studying I became more interested in the ways I can pursue a career in helping people. My ultimate aim is to achieve a master’s in art psychotherapy therefore, I joined time to learn valuable skills and understanding to then further my career.  I hope through working with Time I can gain valuable insight into working with individuals with a disability and find ways I can impact their days and life positively. Hello, I’m Finn. I’m excited to be working for Time! I’m currently studying Psychology with Counselling at MMU, and look forward to my work with Time for the same reason as I’m doing this: I love to help and support those around me. I’m excited to get better at this while meeting interesting people and having fun! Outside of work and studies I like board games, football, and hiking. I’ve especially enjoyed showing my partner some of my favourite hiking routes around Buxton, where some of my family live.

I’ve been working for Time since March 2018. I have experience working as a Teaching Assistant with students of all ages. And since late 2016, I have mostly been a Learning Support Assistant for special needs learners. I’m a very creative person and love a challenge! In my free time, I like to sew, crochet, make jewellery, roller-skate, spend time with friends and family, and learn new things. I love my work; the people I work with, and support, they always brighten up my day!

I am a second-year English Literature student at the University of Manchester and have worked in a mental health care home for over 3 years as a support worker. I first applied to work for Time as I love the rewarding nature of care work and the great relationships that I can form with service users. I love working with children and have babysat for many years and volunteered at my local primary school so thought this role was ideal! I am a really keen athlete, I compete in running races and gymnastics events and am also an avid film watcher, reader, and violin player.

Hi my name is Glory and I am going into my fourth year studying dentistry at the University of Manchester. I have been working with Time since December 2023 and have really enjoyed the sessions and experiences gained. I really appreciate this opportunity where I am able to support all the lovely users and expose myself to different situations as I am interested in going into paediatric dentistry in the future so this has been the perfect opportunity to prepare myself. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping active by doing pilates and playing tennis and I also love trying out new coffee shops and bakeries too!”

Hello, my name is Grace. I am a postgraduate student at the University of Salford, studying Project Management.

Prior to my relocation to the UK for my postgraduate studies, I was working as a volunteer in the children department of my home church. And it was an experience I absolutely loved. TSS gives me the opportunity to carry on working with children in just a slightly different way. And also, the time flexibility has been perfect for my ongoing studies. All thanks to TSS, my knowledge about Autism and certain disabilities has been broaden and I continually look forward to working with her diverse set of Service Users, making impact in my little way.

Hi! I’m Hannah and I’m a third year BSc Educational Psychology student at the University of Manchester. In my gap year I worked as a 1:1 in a mainstream primary school and absolutely loved working with the children. I was drawn to Time as it gives me an opportunity to work closely with families and children while still at university.
