I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. My role changed to Improvement Projects Manager in February 2024 and I am looking forward to the challenges it may bring, knowing the outcome will be worth it. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Hi, I’ve been working for TSS for over 10 years now!! I started as a support worker while also working as a teaching assistant in a secondary school. Over the last couple of years, I have moved to working in the office full-time. When I am not working I love hiking, reading and playing board games.

I joined TSS in April 2018, originally as a support worker in my final year of university. Since then I have worked in various roles within the office from Supervisor, to Assistant Manager and now Service Manager. I love working for TSS and getting to support our brilliant families and staff team. In my spare time, you’ll find me with my ‘shadow’ Blossom the Cocker Spaniel, I love exploring the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Hi I’m Tori – Founder and Director of Time Specialist Support.

My background is in Speech and Language Therapy and I first started learning about Autism when I was studying at university. I soon became captivated by the autistic children I was meeting and have been every since! Outside of work I enjoy singing, creative writing and I’m currently learning to play the piano. I live with my son and two dogs and we enjoy getting away for weekends when we can and travelling abroad.

Hi my name is Jack, I am a third year medical student at the University of Manchester, and I’m thrilled to be your support worker! When I’m not buried in books, I love hitting the gym, hanging out with friends, and meeting fantastic new people. I chose to work for Time to gain valuable experience that will contribute to my (hopefully) future career as a doctor. Let’s make our time together not just helpful but loads of fun too.

Hello everyone, I’m Josh. Back from a year in Autism research and I can’t wait to start at Time again. Research was fun but I miss the Time support users and moving about whilst working. I used to be a competitive swimmer and golfer but now I rock climb for fun. I love learning about all history but have a particular interest in paleoanthropology; often attempting wild camps and working on my bushcraft skills. Looking forward to meeting you all!

My strong interest in psychology, particularly neurodiversity and mental health, made me eager to join the TIME team. I love travelling and trying different cuisines; before Manchester, I lived in Norway, Japan and China. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, baking, watching movies and spending time with my miniature schnauzer when I’m back home.
