I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. My role changed to Improvement Projects Manager in February 2024 and I am looking forward to the challenges it may bring, knowing the outcome will be worth it. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Hi my name is Glory and I am going into my fourth year studying dentistry at the University of Manchester. I have been working with Time since December 2023 and have really enjoyed the sessions and experiences gained. I really appreciate this opportunity where I am able to support all the lovely users and expose myself to different situations as I am interested in going into paediatric dentistry in the future so this has been the perfect opportunity to prepare myself. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping active by doing pilates and playing tennis and I also love trying out new coffee shops and bakeries too!”

Hello everyone! I’m Grace and I’m starting to study Mathematics at Manchester Metropolitan University, though I have lived in Manchester my entire life! I chose to work at Time due to them helping with my sister for many years prior to me starting work with Time. I feel very passionately about inclusion and Disability and am proudly part of the autistic community. I understand what its like to feel “abnormal” and “set apart” from my own peers so I feel I can relate well to the service users and I want their sessions with me to be as enjoyable as possible! In my spare time, I horse ride weekly as I have been for almost 11 years at the time of writing this (scary how fast the time has gone!) and I enjoy art, particularly painting and drawing, singing and music and going to concerts when my favourite artists come to town! I also can’t write my profile without mentioning my adorable dog Dougal the miniature labradoodle who I walk when I am at home.

Hello, my name is Grace. I am a postgraduate student at the University of Salford, studying Project Management.

Prior to my relocation to the UK for my postgraduate studies, I was working as a volunteer in the children department of my home church. And it was an experience I absolutely loved. TSS gives me the opportunity to carry on working with children in just a slightly different way. And also, the time flexibility has been perfect for my ongoing studies. All thanks to TSS, my knowledge about Autism and certain disabilities has been broaden and I continually look forward to working with her diverse set of Service Users, making impact in my little way.
