I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. My role changed to Improvement Projects Manager in February 2024 and I am looking forward to the challenges it may bring, knowing the outcome will be worth it. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Hi, I’m Munira, I just finished a BSc psychology degree at the University of Manchester and I’m hoping to go on to develop a career as a psychologist. I’m passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals in particular, so this role with TSS is an incredible opportunity which will hopefully allow me to make a difference in people’s lives and give me a greater understanding of autism. Outside of work, I love to explore nature and my hobbies include reading, watching films and climbing.

Hi, I’m Mursheda and I’m a final year psychology student. I love going to the gym and sometimes playing badminton with my friends. I can speak three languages including English, Bangla, and Urdu. I enjoy trying new activities, but nothing too complicated like chess. The main reason I want to work at Time specialist support is because I desire to gain skills that one can only learn through being put on the spot. I also want to support parents, and give them some time to take care of themselves. I hope to make memorable connections with service users, and overall gain transferable skills.
