I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. My role changed to Improvement Projects Manager in February 2024 and I am looking forward to the challenges it may bring, knowing the outcome will be worth it. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Hi, I’ve been working for TSS for over 10 years now!! I started as a support worker while also working as a teaching assistant in a secondary school. Over the last couple of years, I have moved to working in the office full-time. When I am not working I love hiking, reading and playing board games.

I joined TSS in April 2018, originally as a support worker in my final year of university. Since then I have worked in various roles within the office from Supervisor, to Assistant Manager and now Service Manager. I love working for TSS and getting to support our brilliant families and staff team. In my spare time, you’ll find me with my ‘shadow’ Blossom the Cocker Spaniel, I love exploring the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Hi I’m Tori – Founder and Director of Time Specialist Support.

My background is in Speech and Language Therapy and I first started learning about Autism when I was studying at university. I soon became captivated by the autistic children I was meeting and have been every since! Outside of work I enjoy singing, creative writing and I’m currently learning to play the piano. I live with my son and two dogs and we enjoy getting away for weekends when we can and travelling abroad.

I started working with Time in 2012 and loved support work straight away. Since that time I was part of Time’s office team for many years, and I’ve left a few times to go travelling and to do a degree but always find a way to come back as I always end up missing it! I’m currently also working as a Learning Disability Nurse 3 days a week. In my free time I love to be active, playing football, hiking and climbing and generally finding ways to be outside (preferably in the hills or mountains).

I’m Martha, and I read Public Health at Manchester Metropolitan University, seeing the numerous inequalities in health and the stress it causes the disadvantaged; working with Time will help bridge that gap one service user at a time by fostering independence, which is why Time is a choice organisation. I love to read when free and learn things I do not know much about, like arts and politics.

Hi, I’m Megan! I’m currently enrolled to study MSc Applied Psychology (Therapies) at the University of Salford and completed my BSc in Psychology and Counselling there too. In the future I am hoping to go on and complete a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology so I’m able to best support individuals with their mental health and well-being. In my free time I love to read and bake, as well as spend time with my friends and family. I look forward to meeting service users throughout our sessions together.

Hello! I’m Molly, a second year Psychology student at the University of Manchester. I was drawn to Time because I am passionate about making a positive impact in young people’s lives. I am thrilled to bring energy and compassion to my role, helping service users build confidence, independence and a sense of community. I’m also eager to deepen my understanding of autism and create a safe, inclusive environment for neurodivergent individuals. Hi, I’m Mursheda and I’m a final year psychology student. I love going to the gym and sometimes playing badminton with my friends. I can speak three languages including English, Bangla, and Urdu. I enjoy trying new activities, but nothing too complicated like chess. The main reason I want to work at Time specialist support is because I desire to gain skills that one can only learn through being put on the spot. I also want to support parents, and give them some time to take care of themselves. I hope to make memorable connections with service users, and overall gain transferable skills.
