I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. My role changed to Improvement Projects Manager in February 2024 and I am looking forward to the challenges it may bring, knowing the outcome will be worth it. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Hi, I’m Sophie T and I’m the Service Supervisor. I absolutely love working at Time, having started as a support worker whilst I was at university. Building relationships with the people I was supporting, as well as their families, was the best part of the job, and as Service Supervisor I can continue supporting families from behind the scenes, as well as our amazing staff! In my spare time, I love going on hikes, cooking good food and being creative!

Hello! I’m Molly, a second year Psychology student at the University of Manchester. I was drawn to Time because I am passionate about making a positive impact in young people’s lives. I am thrilled to bring energy and compassion to my role, helping service users build confidence, independence and a sense of community. I’m also eager to deepen my understanding of autism and create a safe, inclusive environment for neurodivergent individuals. Outside my studies, I enjoy travelling, going on dog walks and spending quality time with friends and family.

Hi, I’m Mursheda and I’m a final year psychology student. I love going to the gym and sometimes playing badminton with my friends. I can speak three languages including English, Bangla, and Urdu. I enjoy trying new activities, but nothing too complicated like chess. The main reason I want to work at Time specialist support is because I desire to gain skills that one can only learn through being put on the spot. I also want to support parents, and give them some time to take care of themselves. I hope to make memorable connections with service users, and overall gain transferable skills.

My name is Olivia, I am in my second year of studying psychology at Manchester University. When I am not studying, I enjoy playing hockey. I am the second oldest out of four siblings and have always loved being around people. My Mum is an educational psychologist, and she has inspired me to go down a similar path. Therefore, I was particularly drawn to working for TIME for the experience of a career linked to psychology, but also to work alongside like-minded people and develop special relationships with the people I support.
