Hi, my name is Safiya and I’ve just finished my third year studying psychology at the University of Manchester. I started working with Time in November 2022 and am looking forward to continuing my role. I am very passionate about caring for others and learning more about autism. In the future, I would love to work with people of all ages with autism, supporting their mental health. In my free time, I enjoy reading, exercising, cooking and spending time with friends.

Hi, my name is Sam. I am a student at the University of Manchester, where I study speech and language therapy. I enjoy my course and I am passionate about helping people communicate with their friends, family, and anyone they may come across. In my spare time, I love playing the drums, going to the gym and spending time with my friends- playing games and going to new places with them. Hi, I’m Sofia! I’m an undergraduate Psychology student at the University of Manchester, passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives. I’ve worked with young children in educational settings and am eager to expand my experience while supporting families and service users. Growing up alongside three neurodivergent sisters, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the compassion, patience, and flexibility needed for this role, and I’m excited to contribute to a service that helps others. In my free time, I enjoy learning guitar, spending time with my adorable dogs, and running—currently training to improve my 5K time.

Hi, my name is Sophie, and I’m a second-year medical student at Manchester University. I aspire to become a paediatrician and find my experience working at TSS both rewarding and invaluable for my future career. I have a strong passion for working with children and young adults and am eager to develop the skills necessary to provide excellent care. Outside of my studies, I love staying active by playing netball and football, as well as unwinding with a good book. My name is Tara, and I am currently a psychology student at the University of Manchester. I wanted to join Time Specialists to work alongside young people with a variety of needs to gain new knowledge and practical experience on how to apply what I have learnt from my course into real world situations. My hobbies include playing netball, dance and playing the drums. I love going to different concerts and going to see live sports events, such as England netball games.

I love meeting new people and learning about what makes them unique, especially discovering what they love to do for fun.
