SUPPORT WORKERS

Hi, I’m Sharon. I just graduated from the University of Salford with a Masters in International Business. At university, I mentored students and this made me want to help and support young people. I am looking forward to working with TSS and gaining relevant experience and skills on how to support and help autistic people. I love the colour blue and I enjoy watching movies, live music and dancing (though I have 2 left feet).

Hi there, my name is Sinling. I am from Malaysia (a summer all year long country), I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience and I now study Speech and Language Therapy at Manchester Metropolitan University. My passion in understanding language and communication motivated me to take on this role at TSS. I hope to learn more about Autism and communication and I am passionate about increasing independence where possible. In free time, I enjoy gym, building puzzles and reading.

Hi there, my name is Vasilisa (Vas for short). I am a UoM undergraduate in BSc Educational Psychology. I have volunteered and completed a placement in schools. These roles sparked my degree interest and taught me a lot about individuals who live in a world that is not designed for them. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my loved ones, go on walks and travel.

I’m Molly and I’m a psychology student at the University of Manchester. I heard about working for Time at a placement fair and it sounded like something I wanted to be a part of. After having done further research, it was clear to me that this is something I could be very good at, and I thought the role would be rewarding. I also wanted to increase my knowledge about autism and support children and young people. I enjoy a variety of different activities especially those based around sports and music but I’m always up for trying something new!
