I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. My role changed to Improvement Projects Manager in February 2024 and I am looking forward to the challenges it may bring, knowing the outcome will be worth it. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Hi, I’ve been working for TSS for over 10 years now!! I started as a support worker while also working as a teaching assistant in a secondary school. Over the last couple of years, I have moved to working in the office full-time. When I am not working I love hiking, reading and playing board games.

I joined TSS in April 2015, originally as a support worker in my final year of university. Since then I have worked in various roles within the office from Supervisor, to Assistant Manager and now Service Manager. I love working for TSS and getting to support our brilliant families and staff team. In my spare time, you’ll find me with my ‘shadow’ Blossom the Cocker Spaniel, I love exploring the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Hi, I’m Sophie T and I’m the Service Supervisor. I absolutely love working at Time, having started as a support worker whilst I was at university. Building relationships with the people I was supporting, as well as their families, was the best part of the job, and as Service Supervisor I can continue supporting families from behind the scenes, as well as our amazing staff! In my spare time, I love going on hikes, cooking good food and being creative!

I started working for TIME in February 2020. I graduated in BSc (Hons) Psychology in July 2018, and MSc Forensic Psychology in December 2019. In my spare time, I go to the gym, and enjoy window-shopping, where I often end up buying weird and bizarre flavoured chocolates! I enjoy reading topics on metaphysics, cosmology, astrophysics, geopolitics, and theology. When I am not reading, I enjoy watching a good strategic or non-chronological/non-linear film.

Hello, I’m Nusaybah, and I feel incredibly grateful to work for Time, where I get to interact with service users to gain new perspectives and make a positive impact while offering respite for families.

In my personal time, I enjoy taking long walks at the park, reading, and cherishing moments with my family— including our trio of cats! Recognising the importance of staying active for well-being, I deeply appreciate contributing to this vital service. I’m committed to ensuring service users always have a fantastic time!

My name is Olivia, I am in my second year of studying psychology at Manchester University. When I am not studying, I enjoy playing hockey. I am the second oldest out of four siblings and have always loved being around people. My Mum is an educational psychologist, and she has inspired me to go down a similar path. Therefore, I was particularly drawn to working for TIME for the experience of a career linked to psychology, but also to work alongside like-minded people and develop special relationships with the people I support.

Hi I’m Olivia, I am studying psychology at the University of Manchester and I began working with Time initially as part of my placement in December 2022. I wanted to work with Time to learn more about autism, gain individual experiences with service users and help provide support. In my spare time, I like reading, socialising with friends and listening to music 🙂

Hi! I’m Liv and I currently work in a SEMH/SEN school. I am highly motivated and deeply passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people and adults. I studied a degree in psychology and have worked at the priory mental health hospital for 2 years. I love working for TIME because the service offers a chance to accompany service users in fun activities and to access community activities while also supporting them to maintain safety and security. A bit about me – I love reading, going to the gym, yoga and long walks.

I have worked in support for over 3 years and love what I do. I joined Time Specialist Support so that I can continue my work and support children to do the things they love. In my previous roles I have gained a lot of knowledge of supporting young people with challenging behaviour and pride myself on doing so in a calm, kind and supportive manner. My hobbies revolve around all things creative, including painting, drawing and colouring, as well as shopping and sitting in the park on sunny days.
