I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. My role changed to Improvement Projects Manager in February 2024 and I am looking forward to the challenges it may bring, knowing the outcome will be worth it. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

Over the last couple of years, I have moved to working in the office full-time. When I am not working I love hiking, reading and playing board games.

Hi, I’m Sophie T and I’m the Service Supervisor. I absolutely love working at Time, having started as a support worker whilst I was at university. Building relationships with the people I was supporting, as well as their families, was the best part of the job, and as Service Supervisor I can continue supporting families from behind the scenes, as well as our amazing staff! In my spare time, I love going on hikes, cooking good food and being creative!

Hi, my name is Sam. I am a student at the University of Manchester, where I study speech and language therapy. I enjoy my course and I am passionate about helping people communicate with their friends, family, and anyone they may come across. In my spare time, I love playing the drums, going to the gym and spending time with my friends- playing games and going to new places with them. I decided to work here at Time as I am also passionate about helping others to enjoy their day-to-day life, and hopefully I can make a positive impact in their life.

Hi, I’m Sofia! I’m an undergraduate Psychology student at the University of Manchester, passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives. I’ve worked with young children in educational settings and am eager to expand my experience while supporting families and service users. Growing up alongside three neurodivergent sisters, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the compassion, patience, and flexibility needed for this role, and I’m excited to contribute to a service that helps others. In my free time, I enjoy learning guitar, spending time with my adorable dogs, and running—currently training to improve my 5K time.

I’m Molly and I’m a psychology student at the University of Manchester. I heard about working for Time at a placement fair and it sounded like something I wanted to be a part of. After having done further research, it was clear to me that this is something I could be very good at, and I thought the role would be rewarding. I also wanted to increase my knowledge about autism and support children and young people. I enjoy a variety of different activities especially those based around sports and music but I’m always up for trying something new!
