I joined TIME in July 2016 as the Service Manager. People ask me “What do I enjoy about my job?” and although cliché,  I always say “Everything!” Every day is different, I get to meet/talk to/support lots of awesome staff and lots of fabulous families while trying to give the best service possible. My role changed to Improvement Projects Manager in February 2024 and I am looking forward to the challenges it may bring, knowing the outcome will be worth it. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Peak & Lake District, and am also lucky enough to go to Switzerland, where the higher mountains challenge me!

I joined TSS in April 2015, originally as a support worker in my final year of university. Since then I have worked in various roles within the office from Supervisor, to Assistant Manager and now Service Manager. I love working for TSS and getting to support our brilliant families and staff team. In my spare time, you’ll find me with my ‘shadow’ Blossom the Cocker Spaniel, I love exploring the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Hi, I’m Sophie T and I’m the Service Supervisor. I absolutely love working at Time, having started as a support worker whilst I was at university. Building relationships with the people I was supporting, as well as their families, was the best part of the job, and as Service Supervisor I can continue supporting families from behind the scenes, as well as our amazing staff! In my spare time, I love going on hikes, cooking good food and being creative!

Hi there, my name is Vasilisa (Vas for short). I am a UoM undergraduate in BSc Educational Psychology. I have volunteered and completed a placement in schools. These roles sparked my degree interest and taught me a lot about individuals who live in a world that is not designed for them. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my loved ones, go on walks and travel.
